I will not add a photo to this review because it does absolutely no good I posted photos the last time on how the back broke on this chair and the arm was about to fall off and you see what happens it lasted 30 days and I'm back to where I started from 30 days ago waiting for my sofa to be repaired I know they will just keep dragging this out until the 3-year contract's is up I'm just telling people be warned if it's this happen to you you're going to be dealing with them for 3 years like I'm going to be dealing with them. Here we go again same song same verse same problem I bought living room furniture back in June of 2020 from this place The sofa has been replaced once both of the recliners have been placed once and one them had to be repair it again and it took them a month to do that The sofa was repaired a month ago and now needs the same repairs again The arm of the sofa is being held on by the fabric it is only thing that keeps the arm of this sofa from falling off.since gallery financial said they do not do refunds and will not replace it again I will spend the next 3 years on the extended contract once a month calling them to repair furniture so ladies and gentlemen before you purchase and extend the contract or anything with this company you better read the fine line you better ask questions because once you buy your stuck.
